THIRD ST
A Norwood resident reported a hit and run crash, which occurred on Third Street. A blue pick-up was backing out of a parking space as he was pulling into the adjacent spot. The blue pickup side-swiped him, damaging his rear bumper and kept going without making himself known.

Cambridge Police Units were dispatched to a residential alarm on Third Street where upon arrival it was discovered that a home had been broken into after an unknown suspect(s) forced opened its front door. The victim, who was not home at the time of break-in, did report stolen items.

TRAFFIC INVESTIGATIONS

BLANCHARD RD
Cambridge Police responded along with Cambridge Fire and Pro Ambulance for a motor vehicle versus a bicyclist crash at Concord Avenue and Blanchard Road. On arrival, both parties were on scene and the crash was investigated. The bicyclist sustained minor injuries, scrapes and bruises, and refused any medical intention.

A Cantabridgian came to the front desk of the police station to report that a person not known to him removed his MA motorcycle license plate from his vehicle, which was parked in a lot in the Northpoint Boulevard area. The theft occurred sometime between 12/1/2016 and 04/30/2017.
