On May 14, 2017, Matthew Miller of 164 Glenn St, #2, Somerville, MA, 02145 was issued a Massachusetts Uniform Citation, arrested and charged with MGL C 90 S 24J OUI-Liquor after officers responded to a motor vehicle crash in which Mr. Miller had been involved in. Upon speaking with Mr. Miller, other witnesses, and conducting an OUI field sobriety test with Mr. Miller's consent, officers determined that Mr. Miller was intoxicated behind the wheel of his motor vehicle during the time of the accident.

On May 14th, 2017 at approximately 4:00am Cambridge Police responded to the area of Cambridge and Sixth Street for a report of a male asleep in his vehicle at a red light. The plate number of the vehicle was given out and when officers arrived on scene they observed the vehicle on a public way with a male sitting in the driver seat while the car was running. Upon waking up and speaking with the individual, the officer could smell a strong odor of alcohol beverage emanating from his person and observed glassy eyes. At this time Officers conducted standard field sobriety tests. It was determined to place the operator Mark YARDE, 36, out of 16 Border Street, East Boston, MA, under arrest for OUI Liquor 90/24.
