A Cambridge resident reports an unknown motor vehicle struck a 2016 Nissan which was parked on Griswold street, causing damage. The suspect vehicle left the scene without making self-known.

MAIN ST

Cambridge Police were dispatched to One Main Street for a report of a man pulling on bikes. A security officer at Main Street said that he observed a white Male, in his late 40s, wearing red shorts breaking a lock off a bike and flee the area with two bikes. The security officer was able to capture a picture of the man taking the bikes and provide it to the police. Cambridge Police later found the man responsible for stealing the bikes. Evan Perry,36, of 526 Purchase street, New Bedford, MA was placed under arrest and charged with Larceny over $250.00 MGL Ch. 266 S. 30 and Receiving stolen property over $250.00. MGL Ch. 266 S.60

A Cambridge man states he received a phone call in reference of bail for a family member. He was advised to purchase 2 separate gift cards, and forward them to the caller. The victim later found out his family member was never arrested.

A Cambridge resident states an unknown individual stole her bike in front of her residence. The bike is valued at approximately $550.
