A Cambridge resident came to the police station to report that his wife had loaned their car to a family friend to use on 5/21/17 and he had gotten into a car crash. The car owner just noticed that as a result of this car accident, the front plate on the car was missing.

A Cambridge resident came to the police department to report an incident of identity theft as two of his former business partners used his identity to falsely apply for a change of address to the post office on mail delivery. He said they then emailed him that they had done this.

CAMBRIDGE ST
Phoebe Clemens, 61, homeless, was placed under arrest on a warrant for Disorderly Conduct and Trespassing out of Cambridge District Court. During the arrest process, she spit on a uniformed police officer after she was handcuffed. In addition to the warrant charges, Clemens will also be charged with Assault and Battery on Police Officer.

CARLISLE ST
Jose Aguiar, 67, 11 Carlisle Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest and charged with OUI Liquor. Aguiar allegedly got into a car crash operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Aguiar failed the field sobriety test given to him at the scene and admitted that he was under the influence of alcohol.
