CENTRAL SQ
Parbir Batra, 36, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, was arrested at Central Square for drinking alcohol in public. An officer observed him drinking from a container in a paper bag, which was suspected to be an alcoholic beverage. That was confirmed once the officer stopped Batra and looked in the bag.
