Antonio Hill, 48, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, was arrested in Carl Barron Plaza for Drinking in public/possessing open container of alcohol in public. An officer observed Hill holding a can believed to be an open container of an alcoholic beverage. He then drank from that can. As he saw the officer, he turned quickly and tucked the can in the waist band of his jeans.

Cambridge Police were flagged down in Central Square in regards to a disturbance at a bus stop. The reporting party informed officers that Solomon Oliver, 40, 820 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, made anti-Semitic comments toward him. Upon arrival, officers observed Oliver drinking from a can of beer. Oliver was placed under arrest for Drinking in Public.

Joel Horrigan, 37, 226 Norfolk Street in Cambridge, was arrested inside the lobby at 125 Sixth Street for a Disorderly Conduct warrant out of Gloucester District Court.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Cambridge Police responded to a Central Square establishment in regards to a male who had been in the bathroom for an extended period of time. Officers located a male sleeping in the bathroom. Next to the male on the ground was a baggie containing a white powdery substance, which the suspect stated was heroin. When officers asked the suspect if he had any more narcotics on him, he provided officers with a capped needle containing Suboxone, a vial of liquid Suboxone, and a baggie of Clonazolam. Thomas Horan, 30, homeless, was placed under arrest for two counts of Possession of Class A and one count of Possession of Class E.

Jose Caceres, 54, 127 How Street in Haverhill, was placed under arrest and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, and drinking an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle at approximately 10:30 p.m. Caceres was involved in a motor vehicle crash with a parked motorcycle. Caceres displayed bloodshot eyes and smelled of an alcoholic beverage. Upon further investigation, Caceres was unable to successfully complete a series of field sobriety tests performed on scene. Multiple open containers of alcohol were observed in Caceres's vehicle. A witness also stated that he observed Caceres drinking from an alcohol container while in the driver's seat of the vehicle.
