WARRANT ARREST REPORT

BISHOP ALLEN DR

Cambridge Police observed suspicious activity in a Central Square alley. Upon further investigation, it was determined that a male and female were rolling cigarettes. The male, Joseph Chapman, 35, homeless, was placed under arrest for outstanding warrants out of Salem District Court for destruction of property and breaking and entering, and a warrant out of Lawrence District court for breaking and entering. Chapman is also being charged as a fugitive from justice due to an outstanding warrant out of New Hampshire.
