07/31/2017 10:11 INCIDENT 17005279 RESTAURANT, DEFRAUD c140 S12	ELIOT ST Four young male suspects ordered $98 worth of food from a restaurant on Eliot Street and left without paying. They were last seen boarding a train on the Red Line heading toward Alewife station.
07/31/2017 10:13 INCIDENT 17005282 UNINSURED MOTOR VEHICLE C90 S34J	BISHOP ALLEN DR Cambridge Police responded to Central Square for a tow of a motor vehicle in a posted no parking. After running the plate, it was learned that the vehicle's registration was revoked for insurance. The motor vehicle in question was towed, the plates to the motor vehicle were confiscated, and a citation was issued to the owner of the vehicle for parking an uninsured motor vehicle on a public way.

07/31/2017 11:25 INCIDENT 17005280 CRIMINAL HARASSMENT	BROADWAY A Cambridge resident came to the police station to report that she is being harassed and bothered by a known woman.
07/31/2017 12:02 INCIDENT 17005283 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	AMES ST A Dedham resident reported that sometime on 7/28/2017, an unknown person struck his motor vehicle as it was parked at the corner of Main Street and Ames Street, leaving a heavy scratch on the driver's side.

REPORT TYPE	DAVIS ST A Cambridge resident was maneuvering out of a parking spot on Harvard Street when her vehicle scrapped along the handlebar of a bicycle that was locked to a city owned street sign. The handlebar scratched the driver's side rear door and the rear quarter panel. The resident requested that a report be taken because they felt the bicycle should not have been locked to the city sign.
07/31/2017 13:18 INCIDENT 17005286 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	BROADWAY A Cambridge resident reported that between 07/30/2017 at 3:00 p.m. and 07/31/2017 at 1:00 a.m., an unknown suspect stole his mountain bicycle that was locked on his front porch.
07/31/2017 13:41 INCIDENT 17005287 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	NEWTOWNE CT A Cambridge resident reported that her motor vehicle was damaged by another motor vehicle while it was parked in a parking lot. The suspect operator left the scene without identifying themselves or leaving a note for the owner of the damaged vehicle. An uninvolved witness left a note for the damaged vehicle owner stating that they saw a delivery truck hit her car and leave. The witness recorded the license plate of the truck on the note.
07/31/2017 14:40 INCIDENT 17005290 LARCENY OVER $250 BY SINGLE SCHEME c266 S30	SIDNEY ST Cambridge Police responded to a Sidney Street business in regards to a past larceny. An employee was caught on video stealing over $800 in seafood over the past two months.
07/31/2017 14:41 INCIDENT 17005288 SHOPLIFTING BY ASPORTATION c266 S30A	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Central Square business reported that they had two shoplifting incidents by the same individual. When approached by staff, the unknown suspect threatened the employee and fled the store.
07/31/2017 15:11 INCIDENT 17005291 A&B c265 S13A	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to a restaurant on Massachusetts Avenue for a report of an assault in progress.
07/31/2017 16:02 INCIDENT 17005292 ROBBERY, ARMED c265 s17	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Louis Spezzaferro, 56, homeless, was arrested for Armed Robbery and two counts of Shoplifting after stealing two bottles of wine from a Massachusetts Avenue business.
07/31/2017 16:20 INCIDENT 17005293 TRAFFIC INVESTIGATIONS	SIXTH ST A Charlestown resident reported being struck by a bicyclist. The incident occurred on Broadway between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. on 7/28/17.
07/31/2017 16:22 INCIDENT 17005294 THREAT TO COMMIT CRIME c275 S2	CAMBRIDGESIDE PL A resident of California reported that between 3:55 p.m. and 4:15 p.m., a driver who was transporting her and her children threatened her.
07/31/2017 17:07 INCIDENT 17005295 SUSPICIOUS PACKAGE / EOD INVESTIGATION	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A suspicious package was called in to police. It was cleared of any harmful or hazardous devices by a member of the Explosive Ordinance Unit and their K-9 partner.
07/31/2017 19:05 INCIDENT 17005299 MISC. REPORT TYPE	CORPORAL MCTERNAN ST Cambridge Police responded to a Corporal McTernan Street residence in regards to a missing wheelchair. The wheelchair was eventually located nearby.
07/31/2017 19:17 INCIDENT 17005298 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	CAMBRIDGE ST A Cambridge Street resident reported that between 7/23/17 at 3:00 p.m. and 7/25/17 at 08:00 a.m. an unknown person(s) stole their bicycle which was secured to a pole outside their residence with a U-Lock.
07/31/2017 20:35 INCIDENT 17005304 MISC. REPORT TYPE	SECKEL ST A Seckel Street resident reported a bullying incident. Her daughter received a letter containing photos that she regarded as an attempt to bully her.
07/31/2017 21:45 ARREST 17005306 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police arrested Robert Gendreau, 50, 240 Albany Street, Cambridge, MA, for warrants out of Somerville District Court for shoplifting and malicious damage to a motor vehicle.
07/31/2017 22:05 INCIDENT 17005310 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	GARDEN ST Cambridge Police responded to Garden Street and Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a stolen bicycle.
07/31/2017 22:06 INCIDENT 17005307 LARCENY FROM BUILDING c266 S20	SPRING ST A Brookford Street resident reported the theft of his bicycle. It had been stolen from a garage on Spring Street sometime overnight on 7/28/17.
07/31/2017 23:27 INCIDENT 17005312 MOTOR VEH, LARCENY OF c266 S28	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police were dispatched to Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a stolen motorcycle. A report was taken.
