and multiple 911 calls from that area indicated multiple gunshots. After a

reports of an unarmed robbery. Nicholas Smith, 31, 12 Vernon Street,
Plymouth, was arrested for Unarmed Assault to Rob, after being positively
identified. The victim stated Smith grabbed him from the front, placed him in
a head lock, and demanded money from him.

Charles River Road, Watertown, and charged him with Possession with Intent to
Distribute a Class C Drug. He was observed engaging in a suspected drug
transaction and upon being stopped, he was found to be in possession of
approximately 33 Xanax pills.

suspect was apprehended shortly after. Officers were notified that the
suspect had a warrant for Unarmed Robbery. He was in possession of the stolen
merchandise. Richard Lee Payne, 42, 170 Morton Street, Jamaica Plain,
arrested for the warrant and charged with the Shoplifting.

Cambridge Police Detectives observed a gray 2007 Saturn traveling on Broadway
near Ames Street go in and out of the marked lanes. This vehicle was observed
to be traveling partially in the marked bicycle lane. Detectives conducted a
traffic stop. The operator, Wendell Nunes, 34, 38 Westwind Road, Dorchester, was
placed under arrest for a warrant out of Hingham District Court, for operating
after license suspension, and for a marked lanes violation.
