Cambridge Police observed a suspicious female at the corner of Massachusetts
Avenue and Bow Street. Upon further investigation, Katrina Lotti, 27, of 102
Pleasant Street, Watertown, was placed under arrest for a warrant out of
Waltham District Court for Assault and Battery, Assault with a Dangerous
Weapon, and Witness/Juror/Police/Court Official intimidation.
