Cambridge Police received a call that a person dropped a bottle with flashing
lights near the loading dock of a business on Palmer Street. The unknown
person then fled. The Cambridge Police Explosive Ordinance Unit and K9
officer responded and determined the item not to be dangerous. The item was
determined to be a Halloween prop.
