Cambridge Police placed Nicholas Bolak, 26, 39 Kingston Street in Boston, under arrest for shoplifting by concealing and trespassing. Officers responded to a shoplifting in progress call at a local business and upon arrival made contact with loss prevention who had Bolak stopped. Loss prevention witnessed Bolak remove an item from a shelf, conceal it, and head for the exit.

Cambridge Police responded to a business on JFK Street for a report of a possible armed robbery. After further investigation, it was determined that no firearm was actually shown, but the two male suspects were able to steal from a business several pieces of clothing valued at approximately $510. On their way out of the store, one of the suspects bumped into an employee and an unidentified customer with his shoulder, pushing them out of his way.
