Nancy Jordalen, 59, of 1493 Cambridge Street, Cambridge, was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle, on a public way, while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Jordalen crashed her motor vehicle, while operating on a public way, and showed obvious signs of impairment due to intoxicating liquor. Jordalen repeatedly told officers that she was highly intoxicated.

Douglas Treat, 25, of 10 Martin Street, Acton, was arrested for Open and Gross Lewdness after he exposed his penis to several individuals after a verbal argument. Witnesses reported that Treat was harassing several women outside of a bar in Central Square. They stepped in to stop him, he began verbally assaulting them before exposing his penis to them and walking away.

Cambridge Police units responded along with Cambridge Fire Department and Pro Ambulance to Bennett Street for a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle. On arrival, all parties involved were on scene and identified. The pedestrian was treated by Pro Ambulance and transported to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries. A crash report was filed.

Cambridge Police responded to a fight on Massachusetts Avenue near Prospect Street. Upon arrival, police observed a large scuffle and witnessed Dirie Adan, 24, of 9 Kensington Park, Roxbury, strike a male in the jaw with a closed fist. Officers attempted to separate the involved parties. During this process, Adan shoved a Cambridge Police officer in the chest area two times and was subsequently handcuffed. Throughout the officers' time on scene, Adan was yelling and trying to break away from the grip of the officer attempting to hold him still. Adan's reckless and tumultuous behavior and yelling caused a large crowd to gather. Adan was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery, Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, and Disorderly Conduct.

Lerone Hines, 37, homeless, was arrested and charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon and Intimidation of a Witness after witnesses reported seeing Hines beat a security guard in the head with a portable communication radio, and deliberately prevented that same security guard from calling for help. Additionally, it was later discovered that Hines had a warrant out of Somerville District Court for Shoplifting.

Officers were dispatched to a lobby inside a hotel for an unwanted person. According to the general manager, a male had just entered his bar and became very loud, belligerent, rude and and began yelling at other customers. Upon arrival, an Officer told the suspect he had to leave because of his unruly and disruptive behavior toward other guests. The suspect left under his own free will.

On February 10th police arrested Sebastian Miguel, 23, of 100 Dorrance Street, Providence RI, for Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Assault after officers attempted to clear him and a large crowd out of the area after a prior arrest. Officers on several occasions in a 20-30 minute span dealt with Miguel, who was causing a scene with his behavior as well as walking into traffic preventing traffic from proceeding in an orderly manner. Miguel became confrontational with police following the arrest of another individual and continued to cause a scene and incite the surrounding crowd. Once police attempted to place Miguel under arrest, he resisted heavily and made it extremely difficult to place under arrest.

Upon arrival, officers spoke with a male who stated he was punched in the face and thrown out of the lounge by staff for "no reason." He refused to articulate anything further, however, he kept repeating the prior reported details and repeated to threaten legal action. He refused medical attention on scene.

Thiago Carreiro, 33, of 30 Parker Street, Everett was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license after he was observed making an illegal U-Turn at the intersection of Main Street and Ames Street. Main Street and Ames Street are considered public ways in the City of Cambridge. Carreiro also had a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

Richard Lee Payne, 42, of 170 Morton Street, Jamaica Plain, was arrested for Shoplifting by Asportation and a warrant for Shoplifting by Concealing out of Somerville District Court. Payne was arrested after he was observed taking several hats and scarves from a Harvard Square business and fleeing the store without paying for them. Payne then fled down Mass Ave where he was apprehended by Harvard Police.

The vehicle was stopped and a resident of Somerville was identified as the operator. He was unable to produce a license due to it being expired. He was summoned to court for a marked lane violation and operating unlicensed.
