Hadley was charged after being involved in a motor vehicle accident on John F Kennedy Street and failing a field sobriety test.

02/19/2018 14:00 INCIDENT 18001059 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	MEMORIAL DR A Cambridge resident came to the police station to report a theft which occurred on Friday 2/16 that she did not discover until Saturday 2/17. While she was in the shower, her ex-boyfriend stole a large amount of cash from her apartment.

02/19/2018 17:17 INCIDENT 18001064 MISC. REPORT TYPE	37 COTTAGE ST Cambridge Police responded to a Cambridgeport residence for a report regarding a suspicious message posted on a social networking service.
02/19/2018 18:38 INCIDENT 18001065 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	FLAGG ST Cambridge Police responded to a Flagg Street residence for a report of a past breaking and entering.
02/19/2018 20:54 INCIDENT 18001067 A&B WITH DANGEROUS WEAPON c265 S15A	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to a disturbance in the rear of a Massachusetts Ave address. Todd Martin, 51, of 20 Pleasant View Avenue, Everett was placed under arrest for one count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit shod foot and one count of assault and battery. One victim stated that Martin kicked him in the head and another victim stated Martin punched him in the face.
02/19/2018 22:10 INCIDENT 18001068 SHOPLIFTING BY ASPORTATION c266 S30A	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police were dispatched to a Central Square establishment for a Shoplifting in Progress call. The suspect had fled the establishment with at least two pieces of retail merchandise. After a description of the fleeing suspect was provided to the responding officers, a suspect was located across the street and later identified as Lionel Brathwaite, 51, homeless out of Boston. Brathwaite admitted to stealing several items from the establishment and had the merchandise in his possession. Additionally, the assistant manager from the establishment informed officers that he observed Brathwaite take possession of the items and leave the establishment without making any attempt to pay for the goods. It was also discovered that Brathwaite is a Level 3 Sex Offender and his Sex Offender Registry Status was listed as "IN VIOLATION". Based on the facts and circumstances of this incident, Brathwaite will be charged with Shoplifting by Asportation and Fail to Register – Sex Offender.

02/18/2018 02:19 INCIDENT 18001036 LIQUOR/NOISE COMPLAINT AT LICENSED PREMISE	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police units were dispatched to a Mass Ave club for a report of a female passed out. The female regained consciousness and was treated at a local hospital.
02/18/2018 07:29 INCIDENT 18001039 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	CAMBRIDGE ST A resident of Cambridge called to report that his motor vehicle was struck sometime over night. The vehicle sustained damage to its driver's side mirror. At this time the suspect motor vehicle is unknown.

02/18/2018 10:55 INCIDENT 18001042 A&B c265 S13A	CENTRAL SQ A Boston resident reported that she was assaulted by a female at an unknown time early this morning near the intersection of Mass Ave and Pleasant Street.
02/18/2018 11:10 INCIDENT 18001041 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Cambridge resident came to the police station to report that an unknown person stole her cell phone from her handbag as she was walking in Central Square. There were several individuals walking behind them in the square.
02/18/2018 11:45 INCIDENT 18001044 A&B c265 S13A	LAND BLVD A Whitman resident reported being the victim of an assault and battery at a Land Boulevard Hotel.
02/18/2018 13:52 INCIDENT 18001046 CRIMINAL HARASSMENT	CUSHING ST A Cambridge resident came to the police station to report that she and her husband are being tormented by an individual who is messing with their utility accounts, bank accounts, immigration status etc. Most of it is on line.

Officers responded and arrested Robert Gaul, 43, of 6 Prospect Street, Watertown for Disorderly Conduct for exhibiting tumultuous behavior, Assault and Battery, and Threats to Commit a Crime.

02/16/2018 05:35 TRAFFIC 18001002 TRAFFIC INVESTIGATIONS	ALBANY ST Cambridge Police responded to Massachusetts Avenue at Albany Street where a pedestrian was reportedly struck by a motor vehicle. Medical personnel responded to the scene. The pedestrian reported no injuries at this time and refused any further medical attention.

02/16/2018 15:08 INCIDENT 18001008 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	CAMBRIDGESIDE PL Adelaide Teixeira, 49, of 9 Plant Court, Jamaica Plain was arrested for two counts of Larceny Over $250 and Unlawful Deactivation or Removal of Theft Detection Device after she was apprehended by loss prevention with $323.90 worth of stolen merchandise after being observed leaving the store with merchandise she carried out from the changing room area. She was also found with $1,399.82 worth of stolen merchandise from another store. All recovered merchandise was found to have the theft detection devices removed and two wire cutters were found in her possession.

02/16/2018 20:05 INCIDENT 18001017 COCAINE, POSSESS TO DISTRIBUTE c94C S32A	CAMBRIDGE ST Jessica Tapia, 33, of 15 Lambert Street, Cambridge was arrested for distribution of crack cocaine when she was observed in a hand to hand transaction with Landers Ivey, 58, of 28 York Street, Dorchester in a parking lot on Monsignor O'Brien Hwy. Landers was also arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine after detectives recovered evidence on his person after the transaction.

02/16/2018 22:43 INCIDENT 18001021 LICENSE SUSPENDED, OP MV WITH c90 S23	CAMBRIDGE ST A Cambridge resident was summonsed for Operation of a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License. He was observed operating a motor vehicle which passed through a steady red light at the intersection of Third Street and Cambridge Street, public ways in the City of Cambridge. A motor vehicle stop was conducted and revealed the operator had a suspended license. The operator was cited for the moving violation as well.
