Kraig Dziuba, 36, of Nashua, NH was arrested after his motor vehicle struck another motor vehicle, then left the area without making himself known. He was stopped and determined to be operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs on a public way. He was also in possession of prescriptions bottles that do not belong to him.
