Juan Tejeda, 50, 820 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge,  was arrested in Central Square for Assault and Battery Shod Foot, Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Assault and Battery, Assault, and Resisting Arrest. Tejeda grabbed a woman by her waist and forced her towards him, he attempted to grab another woman by her arm, he then punched one Officer during questioning, and kicked a second Officer during arrest.

A resident of Cambridge was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle with a learner’s permit while not accompanied by a licensed operator after Officers observed a civil motor vehicle infraction at the intersection of Broadway at Columbia Street.

FRANKLIN ST
Cambridge Police responded to Franklin Street for the report of a suspicious male causing a disturbance. Upon Officers arrival, the victim stated that the male suspect unzipped his pants, removed his genitals and exposed them to her mother while they were standing on a public sidewalk. During the incident, the male suspect (later identified as Kevin McBride, 47, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge) was overheard yelling racial slurs and derogatory terms towards the victim and her mother while in presence of members of the public. McBride was also seen throwing and striking the victim with a traffic cone that he found on the street. After speaking with the victim and witnesses, McBride was placed under arrest for Open and Gross Lewdness, Disorderly Conduct and Assault and Battery with a Deadly Weapon.

Members of the Cambridge Police Special Investigations Unit arrested Charles Long, 55, 820 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, on Inman Street for a warrant. A search incident to arrest Long revealed a receipt and a folded piece of paper containing a white rock substance believed to be crack cocaine.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Cambridge Police responded to a Massachusetts Avenue business for a disturbance involving multiple individuals. After interviewing all involved parties, a Cambridge resident was formally trespassed by the store manager in the presence of multiple Cambridge Police officers. Allegedly, the resident was causing a disturbance inside of the store when an employee requested that he exit the establishment. He then grabbed said employee with one arm while raising a closed fist with his other arm. Another employee assisted removing the suspect from the establishment. During this altercation, one of the employees fell to the ground and the suspect stood over him with a closed fist with the obvious intention of striking him until Cambridge Police announced their presence. At approximately 6:14 p.m., the store manager contacted ECC and stated that the suspect had entered the store once again, yelling and screaming, after being formally trespassed. When responding, Cambridge Police units arrived to the establishment, the suspect was standing on the sidewalk outside of the business. After interviewing store employees, it was determined that the suspect had in fact entered the business after being formally trespassed. Additionally, the store employee from the initial altercation stated that he now wished to seek criminal charges of assault and battery against the suspect, who was summonsed for trespassing and assault and battery.

CAMBRIDGESIDE PL
Cambridge Police responded to a shopping district in regards to a suspicious person. Officers spoke with a mall employee, who stated that she observed a male open what appeared to be a container of marijuana inside of a store. The male suspect then approached a random male inside of the store and asked him if he smoked marijuana and if he wanted to buy any weed. The suspect's behavior became aggressive and he started to cause a scene inside of the store. The suspect attempted to give the stranger a business card, which contained various prices and quantities of marijuana. The stranger was apparently startled by the suspect's behavior and he fled the store - and the suspect continued to follow the stranger even after he left the store. Officers located the suspect inside of the store. A search of the suspect's bag revealed the following: 10 individually packaged plastic baggies containing a green leafy substance (approximately 2 ounces total), 8 vials of THC liquid vape (each vial contains 500mg), 6 empty plastic baggies, and hundreds of business cards advertising the sale of marijuana. Russell Giacchetto, 50, 39 Winford Way in Medford, was placed under arrest for Possession to Distribute Class D Drug.

NORTH POINT BLVD
Zhuoyan Liu, 22, 1079 Commonwealth Avenue in Boston, was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended/Revoked Registration, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended/Revoked License, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Failure to Display Number Plate and a warrant out of Boston District Court for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration, Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Unregistered Motor Vehicle and No Inspection Sticker. Officers observed Liu's motor vehicle obstructing a bicycle lane and the free flow of travel on a public way in the city, a query of the motor vehicle's license plate showed the vehicle's registration being revoked for insurance purposes and the registered owner to have a suspended/non-renewable license with a warrant. The vehicle was also found to be missing the front number plate.
