Cambridge Police responded to Mass Ave and Vassar Street for a report of a motor vehicle crash with injuries. Upon arrival and investigation it was determined the crash was minor and minor injury sustained to one of the motor vehicle operators. That individual declined to be transported to the hospital.

A Cambridge resident came to the police station to report a theft that occurred via the internet. He is working on settling an estate and had worked in concert with another man. About a week and a half ago there were two wire transfers made, and a large sum of money is missing from the estate. The suspect is no longer answering his phone or messages.

A Lawrence resident reported that he parked his motor vehicle at a meter located at the intersection of Binney Street and Fulkerson Street. He returned to his vehicle to find that an unknown party hit and damaged the front bumper of his motor vehicle without making themselves known.

The bag was filled with clothing, there was nothing of value or identification as to who the bag belonged to. The bag was disposed of to prevent further calls for the same item.

ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY
While working a paid police detail in uniform for a grocery store, I was directed to Carrie Bowser, 41, homeless of Cambridge who is known to me as a  woman who frequents the Harvard Square area. A customer told me she saw her enter the store and place items in a bag she entered the store with. I approached Bowser outside the store and identified myself. She denied stealing any property and said the products she had were given to her and she was trying to return them and changed her mind. A subsequent check for warrants revealed a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for Possession of Class A controlled substance. Bowser was placed under arrest for this warrant.
