Emilcare Charles, 21, of 3 Woodrow Wilson Court, Cambridge, was arrested and charged with OUI-Liquor, after officers found Ms. Charles inside the driver’s side of her vehicle rammed into a truck, which caused heavy damage to her own vehicle and the one struck. A standard field sobriety test was issued by officers, who then determined that Ms. Charles was heavily intoxicated.
