FAYERWEATHER ST
Cambridge Police responded to Fayerweather Street for a breaking and entering in progress. Spencer Santos, 23, homeless, was observed by contractors inside the residence without permission. Santos fled the residence and was later stopped by the Police and placed under arrest for Breaking and Entering Daytime for Felony.

LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Cambridge Police responded to a department store at Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a shoplifter being detained. Upon arrival, it was determined that the establishment's district manager and store manager had conducted an internal investigation that revealed that an employee, later identified as Francis Fulkerson, 41, 2 Chambelt Street in Dorchester, had removed numerous merchandise items from the establishment on several different occasions, without ever paying for the merchandise. It was discovered that Fulkerson had stolen approximately $934.40 worth of merchandise that has not been recovered. Fulkerson was currently present at the establishment, voluntarily signed an Assets Protection Admission Statement, and admitted to his actions after being read his Miranda Rights. Video surveillance footage depicting Fulkerson’s actions and an itemized list of all the items stolen by Fulkerson was provided to the Officers. Fulkerson was subsequently placed under arrest and will be charged with Larceny Under $1,200.

A resident of Meriden, CT was operating his 2006 Toyota RAV4 on Massachusetts Avenue when he failed to stop for a pedestrian in a crosswalk at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue at Blake Street. The driver will be summoned into Cambridge District Court for operating a motor vehicle without a license and failure to stop for a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

Cambridge Police responded to a Central Square convenience store in regards to an unwanted person. Upon further investigation, Toni Allien, 24, 168 Brookline Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for multiple warrants out of Cambridge District Court, including Larceny Under $1,200, Trespassing, Disturbing the Peace and Resisting Arrest.
