Xavier Willis, 26, of 10500 South West 151 Terrace, Miami, Florida, was placed under arrest on warrants out of Fall River District Court for Miscellaneous Municipal Ordinance/Bylaw Violation and Peddling Without a License after a Cambridge resident called police because Willis was going door to door soliciting money and becoming disrespectful when they refused to give him money. The caller gave Cambridge Police his description and approximate location where he was stopped and his personal information was queried leading to his arrest.

Cambridge Police arrested Sasha Polanco, 18, of 2299 Lorring Place, Bronx, NY, and Delilah Polanco, 18, of 28 Lorin Street, Dorchester, MA, for Unarmed Robbery after a physical fight occurred outside of a Cambridge hotel. Both parties stole a phone and a necklace from a woman after physically assaulting her.

Cambridge Police responded to Spring Street for a reported stolen motor vehicle. The vehicle was located at Hampshire Street and Prospect Street with two occupants inside the running motor vehicle. After a brief investigation the two parties were placed under arrest. Joshua Youngs, 18, of 10 Hillard Street, Cambridge, and a juvenile female are being charged with receiving stolen property over $1200.

Kassy DePina, 21, of 33 Newtowne Court, Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Receiving Stolen Property Over $1200, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B Drug, and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class D Drug. Mr. DePina was found in possession of a large amount of marijuana, a bag of MDMA, a scale, multiple plastic sandwich baggies with the ziplock portion of the bag ripped off, and cash currency amounting to $280 dollars. He was found sleeping inside of an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle that had an attached revoked for insurance registration plate. It was discovered that the plate was not registered to the vehicle in question. An inventory search incident to arrest was performed in the vehicle and revealed more large amounts of marijuana, a laptop bag with multiple items and identification that matched missing items from a Nighttime Breaking and Entering on Florence Street. A second bag was found with the victim’s credit cards, and a third bag with multiple Apple electronic pens and accessories. An L.L. Bean Jacket and a Canada Goose jacket were also found in the trunk. All items total up to an approximate value of $1900 dollars.

Cambridge Police responded to the School Department Transportation Department on a suspicious incident. An employee showed police several emails that she received from a Cambridge resident. There were numerous emails from him stating that he was having trouble tracking the school buses. There is an app in which parents can track their kids' school buses online. Apparently, community members can possibly track the buses also. The resident sending the emails has no children, but through investigation, it was learned that he is responsible for putting several children on the bus whose parents leave early for work.

Members of the Cambridge Police Special Investigations Unit arrested Randolph Brisbon, 49, of 50 Quincy Street, Cambridge, MA in Winthrop Park and charged him with Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Substance. Detectives conducting surveillance in the area of Mount Auburn Street believed a drug transaction took place between Brisbon and another male. Upon being stopped, Brisbon was found to be in possession of suspected crystal methamphetamine in a manner suggestive of drug distribution.
