They wired $19,000 to an account following instructions by the unknown caller, because they believed the phone call was from an IRS agent.

06/05/2018 17:54 INCIDENT 18003726 B&E DAYTIME FOR FELONY c266 S18	FORT WASHINGTON PL Cambridge Police responded to Fort Washington Place for reports of malicious destruction to property. Based on the facts and circumstances surrounding the matter, it was determined the destruction was for the intent and purpose of breaking and entering into the residence. Despite the attempt made, there were no signs of entry at this time.

06/05/2018 18:30 ARREST 18003728 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Christopher Gropper, 53, of 240 Albany Street, Cambridge, was placed under arrest for warrants out of Cambridge District Court for Larceny from a Building, Credit Card Fraud Under $1200, and Burn Personalty.
06/05/2018 18:41 INCIDENT 18003729 B&E DAYTIME FOR FELONY c266 S18	FORT WASHINGTON PL Cambridge Police responded to Fort Washington Place for reports of a past breaking and entering into a residence. Several items of substantial value were reported of the missing by residents of the address.
06/05/2018 18:48 INCIDENT 18003730 DRUG, POS TO DISTRIB CLASS B c94C S32A(b)	STATE ST Members of the Cambridge Police Special Investigation Unit arrested Cedric Gerard Ingram, 51, of 307 Huntington Ave. Boston, and charged him with Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Substance- Crack Cocaine, School Zone Drug Violation, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Posted Sign Violation and Failure to Stop. Detectives had information that the defendant was in Cambridge to conduct a drug transaction, and also knew that his motor vehicle was unregistered. When he was stopped, crack cocaine was observed inside of his motor vehicle, and he was arrested in front of a school located on Granite Street.
