An unknown person exposed himself to a juvenile at a park on Allston Street,
then fled the area. He was described as a white male in his late 40s with
black sunglasses, a black t-shirt, and blue jeans.

While conducting traffic enforcement in the Central Square area, officers
observed a motor vehicle travel southbound on Columbia Street from Bishop
Allen Drive, where the road is closed and no traffic should be. The vehicle
was stopped and the operator was identified by her Brazilian passport and
license. After a short conversation it was discovered that she did not have a
valid Massachusetts license despite residing here since 1989. She was
summoned for operating right of center and unlicensed operation. The owner of
the vehicle was also summoned for allowing unlicensed operation.

Brian Quinlan, 47, of 12 Hallmark Gardens, Burlington, was placed under
arrest for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon after he stabbed Richard
Abernathy, 30, homeless, with a knife when the two were engaged in a physical
altercation after Abernathy reportedly stole a shoulder bag from Quinlan's
girlfriend. Abernathy was placed under arrest for Unarmed Robbery and
transported to a local hospital for treatment of his non-fatal wounds.
