Cambridge Police were dispatched to the area of Massachusetts Avenue and Prospect Street on the report of an assault in progress. The dispatcher stated that the victim reported that the suspect was armed with a dangerous weapon and also had a box-cutter. Upon arrival, officers observed a black male standing at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Prospect Street talking to ECC on a cell phone with several large welts on his head and blood trickling down the right side of his head. The victim immediately pointed to a shirtless black male that was walking away towards Green Street and said, "that's him right there, he did it! The guy with the kerchief on his head!” The man had just dropped an inside out black t-shirt that was wrapped around his head to the ground. The victim positively identified him as his attacker and Lionel Brathwaite, 52, 682 Blue Hill Avenue in Dorcehster, was arrested at the scene.

Ralph Kelley, 47, 3610 Mystic Valley Parkway in Medford, was placed under arrest for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Kelley allegedly initiated an argument with the victim over the victim's sandals. Kelley then allegedly pulled a hair pick that contains 12 steel tines and charged at the victim multiple times.

Tenzin Tsering, 31, 67 Derby Street in Somerville, was arrested and charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon. Tsering was identified by a witness who observed him punching and kicking two different males who laid on the ground defenseless as the result of a fight that had just taken place. Two Somerville and one Medford resident were also summonsed to court for Assault and Battery in relation to the same incident.

Cambridge Police responded to a disturbance in Central Square. Two witnesses stated that a black male punched a glass bus stop shelter, causing the glass to shatter. The witnesses pointed out the suspect, who was still in the area, to officers. Robert Bonds, 38, 812 Memorial Drive in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Malicious Destruction of Property + $1200.

Cambridge Police were dispatched to CambridgePark Drive for a larceny report. As a result of further investigation, a resident of Cambridge will be summoned into Cambridge District Court for Larceny Under $1,200.
