Cambridge Police responded to a Garden Street address to document a larceny of a motor vehicle report. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the reporting person who stated between 07/04/2018 at 11:00 p.m. and 07/05/2018 at 10:00 a.m., an unknown suspect stole his motorcycle where it was locked to a street pole.

An employee of a doctor's office located on Massachusetts Avenue called to report that an unknown suspect entered her office and rummaged through her purse. The suspect removed a wallet from the purse and attempted to leave with it. The reporting party yelled at the suspect and startled him. The suspect dropped the wallet and fled the office without further incident.

Cambridge Police observed two males trespassing. As a result, Daniel P Flynn, 48, homeless, was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Boston District Court for Assault and Battery. Flynn was also charged with drinking alcohol in public and providing a false ID post arrest. Christopher Barton Timm was placed under arrest due to a warrant out of Boston District Court for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, trespassing, and indecent exposure. Timm was also charged with drinking in public and carrying a dangerous weapon.
