After officers responded to a retail store for a report of a shoplifting in
progress, Miles Pritchard, 36, homeless, was placed under arrest for warrants
for Larceny from Person, Larceny under $1200, and Assault and Battery out of
Brighton Municipal Court.

A resident of South Dennis was summonsed for
Breaking and Entering with Intent to Commit a Felony and Wanton Destruction
of Property over $1200. Officers found the defendant inside of a church after
they had broken in through a first floor window. While the defendant was
inside the building, they destroyed a piano that is over 100 years old and has
an approximate value of at least $50,000.
