Christina Desir, 35, 7 Temple Street 435, was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon. Desir was arrested after multiple witnesses observed her instigate an argument with a male and then strike him in the head with her shoe multiple times. The incident was captured on video by a witness.

Officers found the defendant inside of a church after they had broken in through a first floor window. While the defendant was inside the building, they destroyed a piano that is over 100 years old and has an approximate value of at least $50,000.
