a dark purple Vita 14 with a light in the front and a back rack, was locked
to the wooden banister of the victim’s residence. An unknown suspect broke
the banister in order to remove the bicycle.

Officers responded to Broadway for a report of a stolen bicycle. The bicycle was
locked to a tree at approximately 4:10 p.m., and when the owner returned
around 4:30 p.m. it had been removed. The bicycle is described as a yellow
and white Specialized mountain bike with a water bottle holder and a loose
front reflector.

At approximately 5:35 p.m.,
officers in the area on an unrelated investigation observed two parties
engaged in a street-level drug transaction in the vicinity of School and
Cherry Streets. Jordan Lake, 19, 27 Newtown Court 110, was placed under
arrest for Distribution of a Class D Drug and Possession to Distribute a
Class D Drug. Abner Bernadeau, 21, 112 Crescent Street, Waltham, was placed
under arrest for Possession to Distribute a Class D Drug. Over thirty grams
of suspected marijuana was seized, along with cash and a digital scale.
