ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY
Cambridge Police were dispatched to a pharmacy at Alewife Brook Parkway for the report of two females in the process of shoplifting. Upon arrival it was found that one of the females was in possession of a stun gun. Ajariana Offuit, 18, 31 Jackson Place in Cambridge, was charged with Unlicensed Possession of a Firearm/Stun Gun, Shoplifting and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.

A Cambridge resident called CPD to report the theft of a large amount of jewelry. The theft occurred sometime between 7/29 and 8/7. There were no signs of a break-in.

Christopher Loucks, 32, homeless, was placed under arrest for two warrants out of Cambridge District Court (Receiving Stolen Credit Cards and Assault and Battery) and resisting arrest.

A District Manager for a retail store reports that after conducting a store audit it was discovered that a store manager was issuing false refunds and pocketing money.

Brian Melchiano, 42, homeless, was placed under arrest for shoplifting at a Massachusetts Avenue department store. Loss prevention officers reported and observed Melchiano rip off price tags and place unpaid merchandise in his personal backpack.

DRUG, DISTRIBUTE CLASS A,  c94C S32

PORTLAND ST
Members of the Cambridge Police Special Investigations Unit arrested Nicole Delgado, 37, 341 Broadway in Cambridge, and Manuel Damaia, 61, 165 Western Avenue in Cambridge, and charged each with Possession of a Class A Substance - Heroin/Fentanyl. Delgado was also charged with Possession of a Class E Substance - Gabapentin. Both were observed engaging in separate street level drug transactions, where each purchased suspected Heroin/Fentanyl from a known suspect who fled in a vehicle to avoid apprehension.
