and Malicious Destruction after damaging the door to a residence. The person
inside the residence had found the defendant’s lost cell phone and was trying
to figure out how to return it when the defendant, who had located the phone
via GPS, arrived and attempted to smash through the door.

Officers responded for a report of a stolen bicycle. The bicycle, which is
described as a turquoise Specialized Sirrus V-BRAKE, was locked to a bike
rack on Canal Park and taken between approximately 12:50 and 10:00 p.m. The bicycle
was gone and the lock was cut off and left on the ground.
