The bicyclist, who flipped over her handlebars when the vehicle cut her off and caused a collision, stated she would seek medical treatment on her own.

09/04/2018 14:45 INCIDENT 18006231 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Officers responded to a Massachusetts Avenue residence for a report of a stolen bicycle. The bicycle was taken from a rack between 8:00 a.m. on August 31 and 8:25 a.m. on September 4. The front tire and U-lock remained attached to the rack.

09/04/2018 20:23 INCIDENT 18006243 B&E MV IN DAYTIME FOR FELONY C266 S18	HAYES STREET Officers responded to a Hayes Street residence for a report of a motor vehicle break-in. The vehicle was accessed between 6:30 p.m. on August 27 and 6:00 p.m. on September 4. $50 in cash, a green multi-tool knife, and nail clippers were missing. Ashes and a pack of cigarettes were discovered in the car and the driver’s side seat had been adjusted. Because the owner of the car does not smoke, she believes the intruder smoked a cigarette while sitting in the vehicle.
