A resident of Chestnut Street
reported a breaking and entering to his home between approximately 4:00 and
4:30 a.m. The reporting party’s backpack and his wife’s purse were stolen
from the front entryway by the door where the unknown suspect gained access,
but these items were later recovered from a nearby dumpster. The only
contents that remain missing are a MacBook laptop and cash.

Officers responded for a report of a motor vehicle crash involving a cyclist.
The vehicle struck the tire of the bicycle when the cyclist turned in front
of the vehicle and failed to yield. The cyclist sustained a cut on his knee
and was evaluated on scene by ambulance personnel.

Officers responded to a Prospect Street business for a hold-up alarm after
three females entered the store, concealed merchandise in a backpack and took
items off the counter, left the store without paying, and assaulted a store manager
who attempted to confront them. Deanna Sharpe, 33, 13 Doane Road in Medford;
Heather Bourque, 33, 93 Windsor Road in Medford; and Anamarina
Victoria-Germosen, 28, 812 Memorial Drive in Cambridge, were stopped by
officers a short time later and placed under arrest for Shoplifting by
Asportation. Sharpe was additionally charged with Assault with a Dangerous
Weapon for assaulting the store manager.

A resident of Medford reported her wallet stolen between 4:00 and 4:30 p.m.
while she was shopping at a grocery store. Several large transactions had
already been made on the reporting party’s credit card by the time she had
arrived home and called her bank. The wallet was later located in a trash bin
on Rindge Avenue.

Maria Nolasco Claros, 37, 400 Saratoga Street in East Boston, was placed
under arrest for Larceny Over $1200, Identity Fraud, and Utter False Document.
She was stopped by a business’ loss prevention officer after removing over
$1200 worth of merchandise from the store. When asked for her information,
Claros provided fraudulent identification documents.

observed engaging in a sex act in public with the aforementioned male.

Officers responded to document a report of larceny by false pretenses. The
reporting parties had been victimized by an apartment rental scam. After
sending money for rent to a realtor and traveling to Cambridge with all of
their belongings, the reporting parties discovered that the apartment they
had supposedly rented was already occupied. They have since been unable to
contact the realtor or anyone in his rental agency.
