Officers documented a hit and run property damage report at a Massachusetts Avenue address. A vehicle struck and damaged a downspout on the reporting party’s property while attempting to exit the parking lot on September 14.

An officer was approached outside a Green Street establishment by a resident of Cambridge who reported being assaulted approximately thirty minutes earlier. The suspect was located and interviewed and claimed to have been the victim of an assault by the reporting party. Both allegations were documented.

A resident of Revere reported that her vehicle was struck and damaged while traveling on First Street at Spring Street. The suspect operator did not stop to exchange information.

Officers responded to a Franklin Street residence for a report of strange activity and a possible breaking and entering. Items in the reporting party’s apartment were disturbed while she was out of town from September 29 to October 1.

Keila de Brito, 22, 147 Standwood Street in Dorchester, and Lucialina dos Santos, 23, 21 Ridgewood Street in Dorchester, were placed under arrest at a Cambridgeside Place business and charged with Larceny Over $1200. The defendants were found to be in possession of shoplifted merchandise from two nearby stores valued over $1200.

A resident of Cambridge reported his bicycle stolen while locked to a light post at Cambridge and Berkshire Streets. The bicycle is described as a blue Trek road bike.

A resident of Broadway reported his Vespa scooter stolen from in front of his apartment building between approximately 7:00 p.m. on September 30 and 9:00 a.m. on October 1. The scooter, which was last seen locked to a street sign, is described as a white Vespa S150.

MEMORIAL DRIVE

Officers responded to a Memorial Drive apartment building for a report of an ongoing issue with an individual trespassing in the building and intimidating the residents. Karamo Manjang, 29, 31 Bishop Allen Joel Smith Way in Dorchester, was placed under arrest for Trespass.

ASSAULT c265 S13A

MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE

Officers responded to a Massachusetts Avenue store for a report of a disturbance. An employee of the store had observed a suspect attempting to shoplift an item and confronted him, at which point the suspect struck the employee in the face. Two witnesses intervened and were able to restrain the suspect until officers arrived. The suspect was trespassed from the property. None of the parties required medical attention.
