Cambridge police arrested Rafiel Soto, 29, 80 Porter Road in Cambridge, for Unarmed Robbery and Resisting Arrest. Soto threatened the store clerk at a convenience store on Massachusetts Avenue after taking a black and mild cigar without paying. When Cambridge Police attempted to stop Soto, he fled on foot while ignoring verbal commands to stop. Officers were able to arrest Soto after a foot pursuit.
