10/23/2018 07:34 INCIDENT 18007537 BURGLARY, UNARMED c266 S15	CONCORD AVENUE A group of Concord Avenue residents reported a burglary that occurred while they were asleep in their apartment between 11:00 p.m. on October 22 and 7:00 a.m. on October 23. An unknown suspect entered the apartment through an unlocked rear door and stole six laptop computers, two fountain pens, a backpack, and some cash.
10/23/2018 09:03 INCIDENT 18007538 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	CONCORD AVENUE An individual employed in Cambridge reported that her vehicle sustained hit and run damage while parked outside her workplace. The damage was discovered at approximately 1:00 p.m. on October 20.

10/23/2018 11:56 ARREST 18007543	SEVEN PINES AVENUE After a lengthy investigation, Matthew Devine, 39, 43 Seven Pines Avenue in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Use of Body Armor in the Commission of a Felony, three counts of Possession of a Firearm Silencer, three counts of Illegal Possession of an Assault Rifle, six counts of Illegal Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device, and twenty-six counts of Possession of a Firearm Without FID Card. Immediately prior to Devine’s arrest, search warrants were served on his residence and another address where he had stored firearms.

10/23/2018 12:47 INCIDENT 18007545 LARCENY FROM PERSON c266 S25	VASSAR STREET A resident of Somerville reported her wallet stolen while in Harvard Square. Numerous fraudulent charges had been made to her credit cards at nearby stores before the reporting party realized her wallet was gone and cancelled the cards.
10/23/2018 14:10 INCIDENT 18007549 CREDIT CARD FRAUD UNDER $1200 c266 S37B(g)	HAMMOND STREET A resident of Hammond Street reported being the victim of credit card fraud. The card has since been cancelled.

10/23/2018 15:30 INCIDENT 18007551 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	BROADWAY An individual employed in Cambridge reported his wallet stolen from his office. The wallet is described as a black money clip containing cash, identification cards, and bank cards.
10/23/2018 15:36 INCIDENT 18007550 LARCENY OVER $250 BY FALSE PRETENSE c266 S34	LANGDON STREET A resident of Cambridge reported being scammed out of $350 when he attempted to purchase World Series tickets online.
10/23/2018 16:47 INCIDENT 18007553 LARCENY FROM PERSON c266 S25	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE A resident of Massachusetts Avenue reported that his cell phone was stolen when he fell asleep in a common room of his Central Square apartment building.
10/23/2018 17:12 ARREST 18007554 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	SHERMAN STREET Kassy Depina, 21, 32 Newtowne Court in Cambridge, was placed under arrest on a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for Breaking and Entering Motor Vehicle Nighttime for Felony, Malicious Damage to Motor Vehicle, Larceny Under $1200, and Resisting Arrest.
10/23/2018 18:16 INCIDENT 18007556 LEAVE SCENE OF PERSONAL INJURY c90 S24	SIXTH STREET A resident of Somerville reported being struck by the door of a rideshare vehicle while riding her bicycle on Portland Street around 9:30 a.m. The passenger stopped and exchanged information with the reporting party. The driver of the vehicle left the scene.
10/23/2018 18:30 INCIDENT 18007557 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	WHITE STREET A resident of Cambridge reported his bicycle stolen from a bike rack outside a store on White Street. The bicycle, which is described as a gray Specialized Sirrus model, was taken between approximately 7:00 p.m. on October 19 and 6:00 p.m. on October 23.
10/23/2018 18:36 INCIDENT 18007558 MISC. REPORT TYPE	SARGENT STREET Officers responded for a report of an ongoing dispute between neighbors regarding property boundaries.
10/23/2018 18:54 INCIDENT 18007559 MOTOR VEH, LARCENY OF c266 S28	BRATTLE STREET Officers responded to the Harvard Square area for a report of a larceny of a motor vehicle. The reporting party’s gray Acura was parked at Appian Way and Brattle Street in the morning and discovered to be missing at approximately 6:30 p.m. The vehicle was parked in a handicap space and displays a valid handicap plaque hanging from the rearview mirror.

10/23/2018 21:12 INCIDENT 18007562 LARCENY OVER $250 BY FALSE PRETENSE c266 S34	CONCORD AVENUE A resident of Cambridge reported being the victim of credit card fraud. An unknown suspect(s) accessed the reporting party’s bank account in China and charged over $900 in fraudulent transactions.

10/23/2018 22:18 INCIDENT 18007567 OUI-LIQUOR C90 S24	MAIN STREET After receiving a report of a motor vehicle driving erratically, officers arrested Katelyn Kosel, 26, 140 Arsenal Street in Watertown, for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Liquor.
