A North Cambridge resident did come to the police station to report that she had lost over $1000 in a fraud scam involving ordering a puppy through the internet.

Officers responded to a breaking and entering to a convenience store on Massachusetts Ave.

THIRD ST
A three car crash was reported on Third Street, in which a red sedan that caused the chain reaction crash fled the scene without leaving their personal information. Minor damage was done to the other vehicles involved. There were no personal injuries.

Cambridge Police responded to a male with a knife. The suspect - Shear Richburg, 28, 820 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge - had lunged at another male with a large kitchen knife. Richburg was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon to Wit a Knife.

A Cambridge resident reports he observed surveillance video of an unknown suspect, who opened the passenger-side door of his motor vehicle and removed a backpack containing books and personal items.

APPLETON ST
Two Cambridge residents report having work done on their home by a construction company and they wired money for payment for the completed work. The victims report that the wired money was never received by the contractor. The victims believed the email they were using was hacked and wired the money to an unknown suspect. The combined total of the wired money was $10,246.

A resident reported his bicycle was stolen in Harvard Square. He had his front tire locked up to a bicycle rack, but the suspect stole the bike and left the front tire.

Cambridge Police arrested Sean O'Shea, 46, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, on two warrants out of Cambridge District Court. The first warrant is for Assault and Battery, Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, and Disorderly Conduct. The second warrant is for Disorderly Conduct. Both were out of Cambridge District Court.
