Carlton Brown, 54, 105 Park Road in Brockton, was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery on a Public Employee after he assaulted an Officer with the Cambridge Health Alliance. Brown arrived at a hospital emergency room parking lot and with his motor vehicle struck a parked motor vehicle. Brown then exited his motor vehicle and made no attempt to leave the damaged motor vehicle any of his personal or insurance information. After the attempting to speak with Brown to obtain his personal and insurance information, Brown became belligerent and refused to provide any information. He then charged at the officer and caused the officer to fall to the ground.
