Officers responded to Green Street for a report of a party passed out behind
the wheel of a vehicle with the driver’s door open. Upon arrival, officers
located and identified the individual in question. The suspect, who was
heavily intoxicated, stated that he did not own the vehicle he was sitting in
and that it was unlocked when he entered it. The suspect received a summons
to court for Breaking and Entering to a Motor Vehicle.

Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Liquor. Preston’s vehicle
was observed stopped in the middle of the lane of travel on Columbia Street
with the engine shut off.
