Officers responded to Massachusetts Avenue and Amherst Street for a report of a crash involving a vehicle and a cyclist. The operator of the vehicle remained on scene and assisted the cyclist, who was transported to the hospital via ambulance for non-life-threatening injuries.

Officers responded to a hotel on Bennett Street for a report of two female parties being disruptive and refusing to leave the premises. Upon arrival, the individuals in question became combative and assaulted an officer. Tammy Canning, 31, 185 Fulton Street in Boston, was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Trespass. Allison Casey, 30, 80 North Warren Street in Woburn, was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery With a Dangerous Weapon (Shod Foot), Resisting Arrest, and Trespass. Neither of the responding officers required medical attention.

Ferguson was additionally found to have a number of warrants out of Somerville District Court (Breaking and Entering Daytime for Felony, Larceny from Building, Larceny Over $1200), Cambridge District Court (Larceny from Building), West Roxbury (Carrying a Dangerous Weapon, Possession of a Burglarious Instrument, Receiving Stolen Property), Brighton Municipal Court (Larceny from Building, Larceny Over $1200), and Brookline District Court (Receiving Stolen Property, Unlawful Deactivation or Removal of Theft Detection Device, Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise, Receiving Lost Credit Card, Possession of a Class B Drug, Receiving Stolen Property Under $1200).
