11/25/2018 13:05 INCIDENT 18008352 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	HUMBOLDT STREET A resident of Humboldt Street reported that two cast iron urns that had been bolted to the front railings on his porch were stolen by an unknown suspect(s). The urns went missing between approximately 7:00 p.m. on November 23 and 10:00 a.m. on November 25.

The reporting party’s moped was tampered with while she was out of town between November 20 and November 25 and sustained minor damage.
11/25/2018 15:03 INCIDENT 18008355 A&B ON +60/DISABLED C265 S13K F	JFK STREET An individual reported being assaulted by an unknown female suspect at approximately 3:00 p.m. in the area of Harvard Square. The suspect grabbed the victim’s glasses, scratching her face in doing so. The victim sustained a minor abrasion to her face but refused medical treatment.

11/25/2018 16:14 INCIDENT 18008356 SHOPLIFTING BY CONCEALING MDSE, 2ND OFF. c266 S30A	WHITE STREET Officers responded to a business on White Street for a report of a shoplifting. The store’s loss prevention officer observed the suspect conceal a product in his jacket and exit the store.
11/25/2018 16:47 INCIDENT 18008358 TRAFFIC INVESTIGATIONS	AMHERST STREET Officers responded to Massachusetts Avenue and Amherst Street for a report of a crash involving a vehicle and a cyclist. The operator of the vehicle remained on scene and assisted the cyclist, who was transported to the hospital via ambulance for non-life-threatening injuries.
11/25/2018 17:37 INCIDENT 18008359 MISC. REPORT TYPE	AUBURN STREET Cambridge Police and Fire units were dispatched to assist a tractor trailer that had become stuck after hitting low-hanging telephone wires. The driver was able to remove the vehicle from the area without further incident, and the involved electric and telephone companies responded to assist with securing the wires.

11/25/2018 21:16 INCIDENT 18008363 ROBBERY, UNARMED c265 S19	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Officers responded to a business in the area of Harvard Square for a report of an unarmed robbery. The reporting party, who was an employee of the store, had followed the suspect after the robbery. The reporting party was assaulted by the suspect when he fled and sustained a minor injury but did not require medical attention.

The reporting party’s vehicle was struck and damaged while parked. The suspect vehicle was located and the involved parties were advised to contact their car insurance companies about the crash.

11/24/2018 10:29 INCIDENT 18008332 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	BROOKLINE STREET A resident of Cambridge reported that her vehicle was struck and damaged by an unknown vehicle while it was parked on Green Street, causing significant damage. The suspect did not leave a note for the reporting party.

Upon locating the suspect and the reporting party, no weapons were found on either party or in the suspect’s vehicle. The reporting party stated that they had been involved in a verbal altercation and he was not certain he had seen a gun. Both parties were sent on their way.

Upon waking up, Kosic drove his vehicle into a parked Belmont Police Cruiser.

11/23/2018 17:44 INCIDENT 18008320 A&B c265 S13A	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Officers responded to the Porter Square MBTA station for a disturbance. One individual was treated on scene by ambulance personnel for minor injuries sustained during the altercation.
11/23/2018 20:29 INCIDENT 18008321 B&E MV / BOAT NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY C266 S16	SECOND STREET Officers responded to Second Street for a report of a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle. A rear window of the vehicle was smashed while it was parked at Charles and Second Streets between approximately 6:00 and 8:30 p.m. A backpack containing a MacBook Pro was stolen from the backseat.

11/22/2018 01:08 INCIDENT 18008297	BENNETT STREET Officers responded to a hotel on Bennett Street for a report of two female parties being disruptive and refusing to leave the premises. Upon arrival, the individuals in question became combative and assaulted an officer. Tammy Canning, 31, 185 Fulton Street in Boston, was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Trespass. Allison Casey, 30, 80 North Warren Street in Woburn, was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery With a Dangerous Weapon (Shod Foot), Resisting Arrest, and Trespass. Neither of the responding officers required medical attention.
11/22/2018 08:31 INCIDENT 18008298 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	MEADOW WAY Officers took a report of a larceny of a cell phone. Contact was made with the individual now in possession of the phone, and a detective was able to arrange its return. The reporting party did not wish to pursue the matter criminally.

Ferguson was additionally found to have a number of warrants out of Somerville District Court (Breaking and Entering Daytime for Felony, Larceny from Building, Larceny Over $1200), Cambridge District Court (Larceny from Building), West Roxbury (Carrying a Dangerous Weapon, Possession of a Burglarious Instrument, Receiving Stolen Property), Brighton Municipal Court (Larceny from Building, Larceny Over $1200), and Brookline District Court (Receiving Stolen Property, Unlawful Deactivation or Removal of Theft Detection Device, Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise, Receiving Lost Credit Card, Possession of a Class B Drug, Receiving Stolen Property Under $1200).
