Officers responded for a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian in a
crosswalk at Putnam Avenue and Magazine Street. The driver of the vehicle was
temporarily blinded by sun glare and remained on scene to assist the
pedestrian until an ambulance arrived. The pedestrian was transported to the
hospital for non-life-threatening injuries to her arm and shoulder.
