Cambridge Police responded to a Jay Street address to document a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle report. The reporting person stated between 1/15/2019 at 10 p.m. and 1/16/2019 at 6 a.m., an unknown suspect gained entry into his motor vehicle while it was parked in his driveway unoccupied without his knowledge and/or consent stealing his personal items.

Marcus Walker, 44, 7 Oyster Bay Road in Dorchester, was arrested on Mass Ave. for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon. This was a result of a fight between him and another employee at that location. A third employee witnessed the fight and stated he observed Walker ram the victim into a metal box. He then stated at one point the victim was on the ground, at which time he observed Walker repeatedly kick and punch the victim in the face.

A resident of Cambridge was summoned into court for Shoplifting by Asportation. The resident was summoned after officers were called to a business on Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a shoplifter. When officers arrived on scene, it was discovered that the suspect had multiple stolen items in her bag from two businesses.

WARRANT ARREST REPORT

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Cambridge Police arrested Ebony Voltaire, 22, 889 Harrison Avenue in Roxbury, on a warrant out of Lowell District Court for Shoplifting $250+ by Asportation. Voltaire and another party were stopped by staff at a local establishment on Massachusetts Avenue for shoplifting with merchandise hidden in their bags. The establishment requested both parties be trespassed, Voltaire was found to have a warrant at this time.
