Cambridge Police responded to a Mt. Auburn Street residence for a report of a flimflam. This person stated that an unknown person hacked into his Verizon account and successfully did an upgrade for a new phone to his account without his authorization.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Michael Pratt, 45, 39 Boylston Street in Boston, was arrested and charged with Malicious Destruction of Property +$1200. Pratt was escorted out of a Central Square business. He then hit an outside window of the business causing it to break.

A resident called to report that he had his Canadian Goose jacket, Apple ear plugs and his German passport stolen while he was at an establishment located on JFK Street last evening. Management was able to capture the suspect on surveillance stealing the jacket, which contained the items.

Karen Quinn, 47, 47 Bradberry Street in Medford, was placed under arrest at Central Square by the Cambridge Police Department. Quinn is being charged with the following; shoplifting by concealing, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and receiving stolen property under $1,200.
