Officers was patrolling in the area of Erie Street and Sidney Street when he observed a Toyota minivan with a MA registration displaying an expired registration sticker from 2017. The vehicle was stopped and a Belmont resident was identified as the operator. The driver only had a North Carolina license and is a Massachusetts resident. She was summoned for the violation of operating unlicensed and an expired registration sticker. The owner of the vehicle was summoned for allowing an unlicensed operator to operate.
