Noel Saltman, 33, 5 Newtowne Court, Cambridge was arrested on a qarrant issued out of Malden District Court on 02/01/19 for failure to pay fines stemming from an unlicensed operation of a motor vehicleand failing to sop. Ms.Saltman was known by Officers to have the warrant and observed her at a location on Massachusetts Avenue.
