Theonis Oreanos, 92, 16 Milton Street in Arlington, was issued a citation, and arrested and charged with OUI Liquor, after he was observed by several people, including Cambridge Police Officers, side swipe and crash into three parked taxi cabs at Mass Ave. Officers administered field sobriety on Oreanos, who exhibited a slurred speech pattern, smelled heavily of an alcoholic beverage, displayed severe nystagmus and had glossy eyes.
