Drew Cappello, 53, homeless, was arrested due to a warrant being issued for him out of Cambridge District Court for Assault and Battery, Disorderly Conduct and Defacing Property. Cappello also has a warrant issued out of Dorchester District Court for Breaking and Entering Nighttime for a Felony.

Andrew Ross, 39, 14 Brucewood Road in Acton, was placed under arrest for OUI drugs and Possession of Class A Drugs after officers investigated a driving to endanger call and found that Ross had caused a motor vehicle crash on a public way while under the influence of drugs. During the inventory of the motor vehicle, a substance was recovered which tested positive to the presence of fentanyl.

Cambridge Police placed Stephen Daly, 70, homeless, under arrest for two warrants out of Boston District Court for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon and Assault and Battery on Ambulance Personnel.

PALMER ST
Thomas Muske, 36, homeless, was arrested for assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest, after pushing and striking an officer several times. Muske then ignored verbal commands to give up his hands and physically struggled with officers, actively resisting arrest.

GREEN ST
Cambridge Police responded to Green Street for the report of a disturbance involving three males. Upon arrival, officers located three males standing around a motor vehicle at the exit gate of the parking garage. A male employee informed officers that one of the three males involved in the disturbance, later identified as Bryon Banas, 28, Sunderland, MA, had punched him in the back of the head when he approached him during the disturbance. As officers spoke with the involved parties, Banas continued to behave in a tumultuous manner which caused many passersby and other customers of the garage to stop and observe the situation. Banas was yelling and had taken off all of his clothing with the exception of his underwear. Banas was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Assault and Battery.
