Upon further investigation, it was determined that one of the vehicles involved in the crash had a suspended registration and did not have valid insurance. The operator of the vehicle was summonsed to court for operating a motor vehicle with Registration Suspended and Uninsured Motor vehicle.

Cambridge Police responded to Washburn Avenue for a report of a possibly intoxicated male party behind the wheel of a motor vehicle. An identified witness stated seeing a male stumble around his vehicle which was parked on the side of Washburn Avenue. He attempted to operate the vehicle but soon got out. Police carried out sobriety tests on the party. Ronald Kikomeko, 33, 25 Elm Street of Marblehead, was placed under arrest for Operating Under the Influence of Liquor. While being placed into the wagon, the defendant also kicked an officer. As a result, he will also be charged with assault and battery on a Police Officer.
