ALBANY ST
Police responded to the shelter on Albany Street for an unwanted person. Upon arrival we observed a party, bleeding from his hand. After speaking with all parties it was determined that the suspect became agitated after he discovered he was barred from the shelter and was unable to retrieve his property. While arguing with staff he punched an uninvolved resident then punched a window causing it to shatter. He was transported to the hospital for lacerations to his hand was notified that he would be summonsed for vandalizing property.

Jose Deleon, 53, of 820 Massachusetts Avenue, was arrested at Massachusetts Avenue and Pleasant Street on three warrants out of Boston District Court after he was observed exiting a residence and an inquiry through dispatch revealed the active warrants.

Cambridge Police responded to Bishop Allen Drive in regards to a noise complaint. Upon arrival, officers noticed loud music coming from a vehicle parked on the side of the road. The ignition of the vehicle was on - the engine was running and the headlights/taillights were activated. Officers approached the vehicle and noticed that two of the passengers were drinking beer from red solo cups and there were numerous empty beer cans in the vehicle. Officers discovered that the operator's license was revoked. The operator was showing signs of inebriation. The operator, identified as Stanley Blidgen, 64, of 5 Eliot Street, was placed under arrest for operating under the influence of liquor and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.
