MEMORIAL DR
Paul Ullman, 51, homeless, was placed under arrest for malicious destruction of property and trespassing after notice. He was observed by the reporting person at a church where he was trespassed on 6/24/2019. He also ripped out hardwired outdoor lighting that were in the ground, which caused damaged to the fixtures and wiring.
