At 6:20 p.m., Cambridge Police conducted traffic enforcement at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Western Avenue, when they observed a brown Honda Accord with an inspection sticker with a red rejection from 2018. The vehicle was stopped and the sole occupant and operator was identified by his learners permit as a Dorchester resident. He was summoned for operating unlicensed and no inspection sticker.

At approximately 6:40 p.m., members of the Cambridge Police Special Investigations Unit arrested Orrin Kilgoe, 55, 3060 Delasio Way in South Boston and Rolando Taylor, 46, homeless, as a result of a drug investigation. Detectives observed Kilgoe and Taylor engage in behavior consistent with a street level drug transaction. A stop on Taylor resulted in the recovery of a folded card containing an off white rock/powdered substance consistent with crack cocaine. A stop on Kilgoe led to the discovery of U.S. Currency provided by Taylor Orrin Kilgoe was charged with Distribute a Class B Drug. Rolando Taylor was charged with Possession of a Class B Drug and a warrant.
