At approximately 1:30 a.m., Lauren Donovan, 26, 322 Bunker Hill Street in Charlestown, MA, was arrested by a Special Investigations Unit Detective and charged with Possession of a Class B Substance - Cocaine. Donovan was observed engaging in a suspected street level drug transaction with an unidentified person. Upon being stopped, two packages of cocaine were found in Donovan's motor vehicle.

Cambridge police filed a criminal complaint against a Boston resident, for Unarmed Robbery. At approximately 4:10 p.m. that day, Cambridge Police responded to a shoplifting in progress on Somerville Avenue. ECC notified officers that security witnessed the defendant taking a prepaid cell phone on security camera. Security stood by the exit as the defendant attempted to leave the store. Prior to officers' arrival, the defendant shoved one of the security employees as he was exiting. The employee that was assaulted then attempted to push the defendant away as they wrestled inside of the vestibule of the store. The defendant was then able to leave the store and flee on a bicycle into Somerville.

Cambridge Police responded to a motor vehicle crash involving a motor vehicle and a cyclist at the intersection of Main Street and Vassar Street. After investigation, Officers determined that the operator of the motor vehicle, Eduardo Armando Cardoza Valdez, 57, 28 Kingman avenue in Revere, did not have a valid driver's license. Cardoza Valdez was arrested and charged with Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
