At approximately 9:45 p.m., Jacob Mello, 23, Maple Street in Fall River was arrested on two outstanding warrants - one issued out of the Attleboro District Court charging him with Failure to Attend Jury Duty, the second issued out of the Wareham District Court charging him with Tagging and Trespassing. Mello and two other individuals were observed tagging a mailbox on Bishop Allen Drive. Once stopped and ID'd, it was discovered that he had two warrants for his arrest.
